It has been about a week since i last posted, so here's an update.
I Have been adding magnesium to my aquarium and is now at 1170, i think in about another week it should be at about 1300, then i can work on raising the calcium level as it is very low at the moment at 310. As guided by fellow reefers on ultimate reef only one should be raised at a time in the order of magnesium, alkalinity, then calcium.
I have a new addition this week also. I found a lovely matched pair of percula clowns and decided to exchange my lonely percula clown to this matched pair from a local fish shop.

Just an idea: for magnesum and other trace elements, I use whats call Sea Lab Trace Element Block. I have been using this for the last 2 years now and love it. The idea is to not have to dose and test trace elements.
A few stores sell this online. just look on google. I pay something like $10 for a 1/2lb box and it last me for over 4 to 5 month (in a 25 gallons reef tank).
